About

When I first started this blog, my sole intention was to develop an online presence for a new job I had applied for. I had not expected The Lion’s Life to grow into a platform for inspiration and advice for others, let alone carve out a career from it.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and a diploma in Psychology. I had all these ideas about combining and applying thebusiness management tools of marketing, and the behavioral applications of psychology, to life.

dsc_7286-edit.jpgI simply started sharing.

I explored my ideas using my own life as a case study, and blogged about my personal and professional experiences.
As I shared, I connected with individuals all over the world seeking support and realized how similar we all are. I learned of other people’s struggles in life and it helped me accept that I wasn’t the only one feeling pressured by life’s challenges.

Throughout my life’s journey, learning about others’ and helping individuals move their own lives forward, I learnt that the key ingredient to fulfillment and definitive life choices, in any aspect of life, is a strong and affirmed identity. Just like a lion, in life we need to stand by who we are and what’s true to our nature in order to thrive, as well as survive. Our negative life experiences may cause us to drift away from our identities, but innately, we’re all good and we’re all striving for the same emotional experiences.

Now a Life Coach based out of Vancouver, B.C., I help my clients navigate onto an honest path in life, aligned with who they truly are and what they truly desire. The purpose of this blog is to motivate and encourage others to live life by the very traits of their identities.

I write honestly and from experience and I won’t pretend to have all the answers. Like most of us navigating through life, I’m learning more as I move forward and it doesn’t hurt my spirit to help others along the way.

Thank you for visiting,
